द्वादशास्यस्य रुद्राक्षस्यैव कर्णे तु धारणात्॥ २६॥
आदित्यास्तोषिता नित्यं द्वादशास्ये व्यवस्थिताः।
गोमेधे चाश्वमेधे च यत्फलं तदवाण्नुयात्॥ २७॥
शृङ्गिणां शस्त्रिणां चैव व्याघ्रादीनां भयं न हि।
न च व्याधिभयं तस्य नैव चाधिः प्रकीर्तितः॥ २८॥
न च किञ्चिद्धयं तस्य न च व्याधिः प्रवर्तते।
न कुतश्चिद्धयं तस्य सुखी चैवेश्वरो भवेत्॥ २९॥
हस्त्यश्वमृगमार्जारसर्पमूषकदर्दुरान्।
खरांश्च श्वशृगालांश्च हत्वा बहुविधानपि॥ ३०॥
मुच्यते नात्र सन्देहो वक्त्रद्वादशधारणात्।
English Meaning:
By wearing the Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha, the twelve Adityas are pleased, as they reside in its twelve faces. The wearer receives merit comparable to great sacred sacrifices. The wearer is protected from fear of animals, weapons, disease, mental distress, and various dangers. One remains happy, prosperous, and free from fear. By wearing the Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha, karmic impurities connected with harming many creatures are also removed; there is no doubt.
2. Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Purana
Sanskrit Verse:
रुद्राक्षो द्वादशमुखो महाविष्णुस्वरूपकः।
द्वादशादित्यदैवश्च बिभर्त्येव हि तत्परः॥ ३७॥
English Meaning:
The Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha is the form of Mahavishnu. It is presided over by the Dwadash Adityas, who nourish and support the devoted wearer.
3. Shiva Mahapurana
Sanskrit Verse:
द्वादशास्यं तु रुद्राक्षं धारयेत् केशदेशके।
आदित्याश्चैव ते सर्वे द्वादशैव स्थितास्तथा॥ ७८॥
English Meaning:
The Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha should be worn near the hair region. By wearing it, the twelve Adityas are established there.
4. Padma Purana

Sanskrit Verse:
रुद्राक्षं द्वादशास्यं यः कण्ठदेशे तु धारयेत्।
आदित्यस्तुष्यते नित्यं द्वादशास्ये व्यवस्थितः॥
English Meaning:
One who wears the Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha at the neck pleases Aditya, as the twelve Adityas reside in the Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha.
5. Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Purana

Sanskrit Verse:
न च किन्चिद्भयं तस्य न च व्याधिः प्रवर्तते।
न कुतश्चिदभयं तस्य सुखी चैवेश्वरो भवेत्॥
English Meaning:
The wearer of the Twelve Mukhi Rudraksha remains free from fear and is not troubled by disease. Free from fear from all directions, the wearer lives happily and prosperously like a lord.
