By wearing a 13 mukhi Rudraksha one attains fulfillment of all desires. & gains good fortune.

त्रयोदशमुखं चाक्षं कामदं सिद्धिदंशुभम् |
तस्य धारणमात्रेण कामदेवः प्रसीदति ||

“The Love God (Kamadeva) is very pleased with the wearer of the very auspicious Thirteen Face Rudraksha. All the wearer’s desires get fulfilled and he acquires supernatural powers.”
