Sanskrit Verse:
पञ्चवक्त्रः स्वयं रुद्रः कालाग्निर्नाम नामतः।
अभ्क्ष्यभक्षणोद्भूतैरगम्यागमनोद्धवैः॥ १४॥
मुच्यते सर्वपापैस्तु पञ्चवक्त्रस्य धारणात्।
English Meaning:
The Five Mukhi Rudraksha is Rudra Himself in the form known as Kaalagni. By wearing it, one is freed from karmic impurities arising from improper consumption, improper conduct, and similar actions.
2. Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Purana
Sanskrit Verse:
पञ्चमुखस्तु रुद्राक्षः पञ्चब्रह्मस्वरूपकः॥ २८॥
तस्य धारणमात्रेण सन्तुष्यति महेश्वरः।
English Meaning:
The Five Mukhi Rudraksha is the form of Panchabrahma. By merely wearing it, Lord Maheshwar becomes pleased with the wearer.

Sanskrit Verse:
पञ्चवक्त्रः स्वयं रुद्रः कालाग्निर्नामतः प्रभुः।
सर्वमुक्तिप्रदश्चैव सर्वकामफलप्रदः॥ ६९॥
अगम्यागमनं पापमभक्ष्यस्य च भक्षणम्।
इत्यादिसर्वपापानि पञ्चवक्त्रो व्यपोहति॥ ७०॥
English Meaning:
The Five Mukhi Rudraksha is Lord Kaalagni Rudra Himself. It grants liberation and fulfills noble desires. It removes karmic impurities arising from improper conduct, improper consumption, and similar actions.
4. Padma Purana
Reference: Srishti Khanda, Chapter 59, Verse 160
Sanskrit Verse:
सद्योजातस्तथेशानस्तत्पुरुषोऽघोर एव च।
वामदेव इमे देवा वक्त्रैः पञ्चभिराश्रिताः।
अतः सर्वत्र भूयिष्ठाः पञ्चवक्त्रो धरातले॥
English Meaning:
Sadyojata, Ishana, Tatpurusha, Aghora, and Vamadeva reside in the five faces of the Five Mukhi Rudraksha. Therefore, the Five Mukhi Rudraksha is found abundantly on earth.
