।।। त्रिमुखश्चैव रुद्राक्षो अप्वग्नित्रयस्वरूपकः तद्धारणाच्च हुतभुक् तस्य तुष्यति नित्यशः ।।
श्रीमद्देवीभागवतम् अ. ७, श्लो. २६

Three Mukhi Rudraksha is a form of all three types of fire. The wearer is blessed by Lord Agni.

त्रिवक्त्रो दहनः साक्षाद्पापराशिं प्रनाशयेत् |
न चोदरे भवेद्रोगो न चैवापटुतां व्रजेत् ||
- मंत्रमहार्णव, देवता खंड, प्रथम तरङ्ग, श्लोक - १५९.

“The Three Face Rudraksha is Lord Agni himself and it burns down all the sins to ashes. The one whho wears it is never born in a womb again, always remains free from diseases, and his well-being and good health is never compromised.”

“The Three Face Rudraksha is of the three forms of the Fire God, Agni (according to Manusmriti, the three fires Garhapatya, Dakshinagni and Ahavaniya are compared with father, mother and teacher respectively). Lord Agni is pleased with the wearer of this bead and fulfills all his desires.”
